Kindly open & check parcel in front of posment upon arrival to make sure courier service did not make it broken. If the perfume is broken/damage please take photo and ask the posment to take back. Do not accept any broken/damaged perfume from posment.
We did wrapped everything properly to make sure no damage/broken and informed courier service to be extra careful. Just incase it is broken, we can claim on their faulty since we already packing in best & safest condition.
Sila buka parcel di depan posmen semasa menerima untuk memastikan tiada kerosakan/pecah. Sekiranya perfume tersebut rosak/pecah, sila ambil foto dan minta posmen ambil balik. Jangan terima sebarang perfume yang pecah/rosak dari posmen.
Kami telah memastikan ia tidak rosak/pecah semasa penghantaran melalui packing yang sempurna dan memberitahu kurier servis untuk lebih berhati-hati. Jika ia pecah, kami akan meminta ganti rugi dari kurier servis disebabkan kecuaian mereka, kerana kami telah packing dalam keadaan yang baik dan selamat.
